Survivors Supporting Survivors

Volunteers Who Celebrate their Strength and Survival

The network is comprised of brave survivors who use their voices to help others through advocacy, education, and empowerment. Members support each other and victims incoming as Family Justice Center clients.

As survivors, VOICES offers a unique perspective to improving Family Justice Centers’ established programming and services. VOICES chapters are central to every Family Justice Center’s mission to constantly improving and adapting services to the needs of families and children impacted by violence and trauma.

Request a Speaker

VOICES members across the country are available to speak at your event. Survivor stories inspire hope, foster empathy, and break down misconceptions about intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and family violence. By sharing firsthand experiences, survivors shed light on the realities of abuse, motivating individuals and organizations to take meaningful action. These stories also encourage other survivors, showing them that healing and rebuilding a life after abuse is possible.

Ultimately, survivor narratives drive change by influencing policies, raising awareness, and empowering communities to unite against domestic violence.
