Before becoming an Alliance for HOPE International program, Ashley was the CEO and president of DomesticShelters.org and its founding organization, Theresa’s Fund. She played a key role in fostering a relationship and the eventual merger with Alliance for HOPE. Ashley's notable contributions include launching the Purple Ribbon Awards, a national recognition program for domestic violence survivors and advocates and developing a free webinar series that has trained thousands of domestic violence advocates worldwide.
